Showcasing flexibility and heat-resistant capabilities, TC-85
resin has been engineered with two carbon backbones, one of
which is compounded and soft, while the other is hardened at a
high temperature using Graphy’s technology.
Intalign™ TC-85 resin is first printable plastic to have shape memory.
It is like “Thermal NiTi” wire where it returns to its original shape when
it is at body temperature. Delivers constant forces and can be reactivated
hence doesn’t deform
like regular thermoformed aligners
Due to it’s flexibility property on application of heat . It is painless during the time of removal and insertion of aligner. Before using the aligners, patient can immerse it in warm water to render them flexible, which can reduce the discomfort upon wearing them and provide a better fit.
The creep behavior of Intalign™ TC-85 resin , with the gradually increasing static force under cyclic loads, is more advantageous in respect to clinical performance, as force decay is reduced, maintaining the orthodontic force of the aligners. Hence leading to accelerated treatment compared to Aligners
In Intalign™ TC-85 resin , as the load cycle was repeated, the rate of
strain recovery increased and the residual static force after relaxation
also showed a gradual increasing pattern.
Due to its property of high flexibility on thermal application , the
chance of cracking / tearing is nil. As Intalign™ the directly printed ,
the edges are
rounded off by the
3d printer itself . Hence making it more comfortable.
We treat all sorts of malocclusions, from mild to complex, with aligners alone or with hybrid technique (aligner with braces, buttons, TADs, expansion screws, elastics etc.).
Pain in the jaw.
Clicking when opening and/ or
closing the jaw.

Migraines and frequent headaches.
Faces, neck and shoulder pain or stiffness Jaw deviation while Opening mouth.
CBCT, airway analysis

Started as tweeds ortho lab and tweeds aligners. Later termed tweeds aligners to INTALIGN™. We want to innovate and reinvent everything. Since its founding in 2013, Intalign™ has been assisting orthodontists and patients. We treat with the modified hiro system in lingual ortho. With the development of technology and fresh ideas, we treated many patients and assisted orthodontists by using transparent aligners with kesling setup.
Intalign™'s powerful research and development team launched digital orthodontics in 2018. More recently, Intalign™ has advanced with direct aligners. Being the first to do so in india.
Intalign™ focuses on making direct printed clear Aligners, that's comfortable and comparatively painless than the other clear aligners, because of the shape memory at 37°c.
India’s first direct aligner activates itself at 37°c and makes the process of wearing aligners comparatively painless. This is because of its TH RESIN. The Aligners have the properties of thermal stability, flexibility, shape memory, high accuracy, and many more
Intalign™ uses multiple high grade sheets to fabricate a clear aligner which is comparatively 35%more softer than the other aligner companies and cause lesser tension while wearing and removing aligners , has a better force retention ability and comparatively less breakage.
This is a variant of Intalign™ highflex which holds outstanding thermoforambility and has good impact resistance , It is durable and tough and has good clarity and can be easily made and punched for the attachments of tads.
Brackets and orthodontic accessories can be used along with Intalign™ aligners in complex malocclusions and to reduce the number of aligners. Hybrid aligner technique can be performed only with Intalign™ trained orthodontists. Read More
Should wear aligners minimum 22 hours per day.
Remove aligners while having food.
Remove aligners while having hot drinks like tea and coffee.
After brushing clean aligners using Intalign™ aligner foam wash.
Start to wear new set of aligners at night.
For proper seating of aligners use Intalign™ chewies.
For removing aligners from mouth use Intalign™ removal tool.
It's recommended to remove aligners from inside (palatal /lingual).
Use the emery paper to remove sharp edges from aligners if present.
Minor to moderate pain is quite normal and disappear in few days and reappear when change to new set of aligners.
Incase of broken or lost aligners try to change to next aligners if not fitting use previous one and immediately inform the doctor.
